IHOF African Gourmet Seasonings
Gourmet Burgers
Ingredients
- 200g ground beef
- 4 sprigs lettuce
- 4 large Fremont mushrooms
- 4 slices beefsteak tomatoes
- 4 slider buns
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 tsp each IHOF All purpose original seasoning,
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic peppers and herbs
- 1/2 tsp IHOF sweet and spicy barbecue seasoning.
- A pinch of salt
- Splash of olive oil
Instructions
- Add the IHOF sweet and spicy barbecue seasoning to the mayonnaise , mix and set aside
- Add all of the other seasonings and the egg yolk to the ground beef, mix to combine and form into 4 round discs/burgers
- Sautéed the sliced mushrooms in olive oil and the salt for about 5 minutes over medium heat
- In a preheated oven at 300 degrees, bake the burgers on a baking sheet for about 15 minutes
- To assemble the sliders: slice the buns in half, spread a layer of mayonnaise then followed by the tomato slice, lettuce, burger patty, sautéed mushrooms, and the other half of the bun. Secure with a wooden pick/skewer.
- Serve warm.
