Exotic dish to be eaten with either steamed rice, or side of your choice
Ingredients
- 500g chicken thighs or drums cut into bite-sized pieces (bones removed)
200 grams mushrooms
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 small red bell pepper
1/2 small green pepper
1/2 cups diced onion
1/2 tbs IHOF Garlic peppers and herbs
1/2 tbs IHOF All purpose original seasoning
2tsp IHOF hot pepper mix
1/3 cup dark soy sauce
Salt to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and IHOF All purpose original seasoning, let sit in the fridge for about 30 mins
- Place the oil in a pan on medium heat, and fry chicken till properly cooked.
- Throw in the diced onions, mushrooms, and peppers.
- Add the remaining seasonings and the dark soy sauce
- Turn heat to low, and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with steamed basmati rice, or bulgur wheat
