Gilled Fish served with Veggies
Ingredients
- 1 medium tilapia (cleaned and pat dry)
1/2 tbs IHOF sweet and spicy barbecue seasoning
1/2 tbs IHOF garlic peppers and herbs
1/2 tbs IHOF hot pepper mix (you could use more if you like it spicy)
Instructions
- Make incisions on both sides of the fish with a sharp knife
- Coat the fish with the seasonings, making sure to reach inside of the incisions
- Wrap the fish in some greased foil paper and bake in a preheated oven at 400 deg F for 30 mins
- Remove from the oven, unwrap the fish switch the oven to broil or grill setting and broil on each side for 3 minutes each
- Serve with your choice of sides.
