Seasoned with ihof and well cooked

Ingredients

  • 500g rack of lamb, or any other cut of lamb meat (cleaned and pat dry)
  • 1/2 tbs IHOF garlic, peppers and herbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp IHOF all purpose savoury seasoning
  • 1 tsp IHOF Spicy and Sweet Barbecue seasoning

Instructions

  1. cut your lamb meat into pieces/chunks and coat evenly with the IHOF seasoning mix, set aside for at least 30 minutes
  2. Place on a lined baking sheet and grill in a preheated oven at 420 deg F for 30 minutes (15 minutes on each side)
  3. Serve as is, or enjoy with any side of your choice (eg mashed potatoes, jollof rice, etc)
