Peppered Turkey (Very Spicy)

Ingredients

  • Ikg Turkey Wings
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 Habanero Pepper
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Ihof All-purpose Savoury
  • Ihof All=Purpose Original
  • Ihof Garlic, Peppers & Herbs
  • Ihof Hot Pepper Mix

Instructions

  1. Wash Turkey wings and season with 2 tsp ihof all purpose original, savoury, garlic, peppers & herbs.
  2. Cook and let it boil for 10 -15 mins on medium heat. After 10 mins add a teaspoon of hot pepper mix. Leave to cook for about 5 more mins and set aside.
  3. Once cool, either airfry, grill or fry the turkey in vegetable oil and set aside.
  4. Blend the Bell Pepper, Habenero and Half Onion. Fry it in vegetable oil, add a teaspoon of ihof all purpose original and savoury, then leave on low heat, to cook the sauce.
  5. Slice the onions, green, yellow and orange bell peppers and stir-fry into sauce. Add ihof all-purpose hot pepper mix, then add the fried/grilled turkey wings.
  6. Stir all together and leave to simmer for 5 mins.
  7. Once done simmering take or heat and serve, garnishing how you like.
