Sauteed Spicy Goat Meat (Asun)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb soft goatmeat (skin on)
  • 1/2 tbs each of IHOF Garlic Peppers & Herbs
  • 1/2 tbs All Purpose Original,
  • 1/2 tbs Hot Pepper mix
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 medium red bell pepper (chopped)
  • A dash of olive oil (or any type of oil)

Instructions

  2. Season goat meat with IHOF seasonings and let sit for 30 mins to 1 hour
  3. Preheat oven (roast or grill setting) to 450 deg F and roast for 20-30 minutes (this would vary based on oven types)
  4. Remove from oven and cut goat meat into bite sized chunks
  5. In a pan or wok, heat up some olive oil, toss the goat meat, chopped onions and bell peppers, sauté over medium heat for another 10-15 minutes.
  6. If you have used hard goat meat, cover with a foil piece, then a lid, and steam for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and enjoy with a cold drink
