Boiled Egg Covered with Sausage Meat

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk sausage
  • 1 tsp each of IHOF all purpose original seasoning, garlic peppers and herbs, sweet and spicy barbecue seasoning, hot pepper mix.
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup crispy bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Combine the sausage and seasonings in a bowl, shape the mixture into 6 patties (circles)
  2. Place an egg in each patty and seal the egg with the sausage completely
  3. Place the sausage coated egg in flour, dust off the excess, dip in the beaten egg, and then the bread crumbs. Repeat with all the eggs
  4. Heat up some oil over medium heat and fry till golden brown (about 10 mins)
    Serve hot as is, or with a salad, and a cold drink
