Boiled Egg Covered with Sausage Meat
Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- 1 tsp each of IHOF all purpose original seasoning, garlic peppers and herbs, sweet and spicy barbecue seasoning, hot pepper mix.
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup crispy bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Combine the sausage and seasonings in a bowl, shape the mixture into 6 patties (circles)
- Place an egg in each patty and seal the egg with the sausage completely
- Place the sausage coated egg in flour, dust off the excess, dip in the beaten egg, and then the bread crumbs. Repeat with all the eggs
- Heat up some oil over medium heat and fry till golden brown (about 10 mins)
Serve hot as is, or with a salad, and a cold drink
