Perfect for the Seafood Foodie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white rice (pre cooked)
    1 green pepper
    1 cup mixed vegetables
    1 large onion
    1 cup shrimp
  • Olive Oil
  • 4bs ihof garlic peppers and herbs
  • 2bs ihof all-purpose savoury
  • 2bs ihof all-purpose original

Instructions

  1. Rice Prep: Boil rice and add 2bs all purpose original and 2 tbs garlic peppers and herbs. Boil for 10mins or until firm, then set aside.
  2. Using a Wok/Pan, and saute the shrimps on medium heat in olive oil and 2bs ihof Garlic,Peppers and Herbs., for a few mins
  3. Remove from medium heat, then add the mixed vegetables, onions, and peppers, and add 2bs ihof all-purpose savoury seasoning. Fry for another 5 mins on low heat.
  4. Increase to medium heat, then add seasoned cooked rice, and stir till all ingredients are properly mixed. Add a bit of water to steam, then cover and let it cook for another 15mins.
    Once done, dish and Serve Hot!
