Steak Salad with IHOF Dressing

Quick and Simple Ihof Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Red cabbage
  • Julienned carrots (really it’s up to you, load it with whatever vegetables you like)
  • Shredded or sliced steak (refer to the IHOF steak recipe)

  • Dressing
    1/3 cup avocado or extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 cup white vinegar
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp IHOF garlic peppers and herbs

Instructions

  1. Season your steaks with 2 teaspoons each IHOF All purpose original and Garlic peppers and herbs, and salt, let sit for about 10 minutes
  2. In a saucepan, heat up some oil (using medium heat, this takes about 2 minutes), add the seasoned steaks and cook for 4 minutes, flip over and cook for another 3 minutes, basting occasionally. (Please note: this is for medium rare. Cook the steaks longer for as desired).
  3. Remove the steaks from the pan and let rest a few minutes before serving
